Reverse Engineering

3D CAD and CNC machining are now industry standard. This technology allows fast, accurate and repeatable modifications to be carried out. We can reverse engineer your existing products - where electronic design data is not available - from either drawings or physical components, to produce 3D design data. Necessary modifications can be made and evaluated in CAD before being realised using CNC machines.

We are also able to produce detailed 2D component drawings from existing products. Producing detail drawings allows vital product information to be communicated in a controlled format, ensuring accurate quotations can be obtained and quality requirements can be conveyed and controlled.
